Two fingers, one CLIK
Let’s start with the Schwalbe Clik Valve. John Quintana, the ingenious mastermind behind this valve, had a goal in mind with his invention: that his kids would be able to pump up their bike tyres themselves. The American tried out the system together with his children, who became enthusiastic testers. No wonder: The valve can be operated with two fingers and is fun. Great fun.
You feel it, you hear it, you love it!
But how does the air get into the tyre through the valve? As experts when it comes to air, we have developed the SKS CLIK TEC pump head. With an audible click, you can attach it to the valve. Loss of pressure when removing it? No chance! And it gets even better: The air flow of the new pump head is 50% higher than that of conventional Presta valves. This means that setting up tubeless tyres finally becomes effortless.
From CLIK to Kick
With our pumps already equipped with the SKS CLIK TEC pump head, you’re ready to go from the very first moment. Upgrade for your pump
The SKS CLIK TEC adapter is just what you need to take your existing mini or floor pump to the next level. Simply insert the adapter into the Schrader valve connection, adjust the clamping lever and your pump will be ready for CLIK Valves. No complicated retrofits, no stress. Just click and start pumping.
New technology in old hoses
Don’t worry if you have a different valve! With our conversion kits, you can retrofit the CLIK Valve for existing Presta, Dunlop or Schrader valves: Unscrew the old valve core and fit the new insert or screw on the Schrader adapter – done.
TIP: You have the Clik Valve but still want to keep your treasured floor pump? Not a problem! All you need to do is change the old pump head on your floor pump and replace it with the SKS CLIK TEC pump head. Alternatively, you can use the CLIK TEC adapter if you do not want to change the pump head.
